Who runs this website

This website belongs to Felix Rotonda, a professional photographer in Barcelona (tax ID Y5653976S), at Av. Diagonal 60, 08019 Barcelona, Spain. You can write to contacto@felixrotonda.com or call +34 654 073 265.

What data is collected and why

Only what you type into the forms or send in a message:

  • Wedding form: the couple’s names, email, phone, date, location, venue, number of guests, how you found the website and your message.
  • Session form: the type of session and plan, your name, email, phone and your message.
  • WhatsApp, email or phone: whatever you choose to share.

It is used to reply to your enquiry and, if you book, to prepare and deliver the service. It is never used to send you advertising and it is never sold.

Legal basis

  • To reply: because you ask for it when you send the form (steps prior to a contract, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and you give your consent with the checkbox.
  • If you book: to perform the contract and meet tax obligations.
  • Measuring Meta ads: only with your consent in the cookie notice (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). See the cookie policy.

How long it is kept

For as long as the conversation lasts. If you book, whatever the service needs and the years the law requires for invoices (six in Spain). If you don’t book, it is deleted after one year.

Who else sees it

  • Formspree, Inc.: the service that receives the form and forwards it to Felix by email. It runs on servers in the United States, so your data leaves the European Union; in its privacy policy Formspree commits to keeping it protected.
  • Cloudflare, Inc.: checks that whoever sends the form is a person and not a bot (Turnstile). It uses no cookies; it sees technical data from your browser when you open a page with a form. Its privacy policy.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: only if you accept cookies, to measure ads.
  • No one else, unless the law requires it.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict, object to or take away your data, and withdraw your consent. Just write to contacto@felixrotonda.com. If you think your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
